New Information on Ted Rice, Part 7, From Darkness to Light

The Dark

In the global quest to understand the occasional, mysterious lights or floating objects in the sky, we’ve come a long way. Public attention to the topic began in 1947 when pilot Kenneth Arnold spotted what the press later called “flying saucers” skipping across the sky. That was followed up in June by the infamous Roswell incident. Additional public pressure and reports engendered a series of Air Force investigations—Projects Sign and Grudge, Project Blue Book, The Robertson and Condon Reports, and the establishment of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), all to sort out whether those events were swamp gas, weather balloons, or something otherworldly. The military and Pentagon tried hard to dismiss interest in the topic of UFOs, all the while allegedly squirreling away crashed vehicles. The public cried out for “disclosure,” the real truth about the lights in the sky and the odd poltergeist activity that followed close contact.

Then there were books about alien abductions. The public at large first became aware of that issue in 1966 with the abduction of Betty and Barney Hill, but other reports had already been published, and there were many more to come. Dr. Karla Turner and Barbara Bartholic wrote their own memoirs describing the nightmare of being an abductee. Both worked with Ted Rice and became close friends with him. Barbara used her skill as a hypnotist to regress him on a number of occasions. His life covered the whole spectrum of darkness in the abduction world, showing a clear connection between psychic abilities, spirit guides, and so called “aliens.” Although Karla had many cases that she researched, and wrote a book about eight female abductees, it was Ted’s life that brought forth her amazing book, Masquerade of Angels.

The battle to get the government to admit that UFOs are real was fierce behind a curtain of classification. That story is disclosed in Luis Elizondo’s book Immanent: Inside the Pentagon’s Search for UFOs. The result was an article in the NYT in 2017 in which the US government admitted that on several occasions, the Navy encountered UFOs/UAP (Unidentified Ariel Phenomena). Lue’s titanic struggle resulted in a new government office called AARO (All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office), perhaps hoping that the public won’t understand the meaning and won’t be able to recall the name. All-domain acknowledges that UFOs can be found in outer space, our own atmosphere, under water (think lakes and oceans), and on land (and possibly in land). Yes, your tax dollars support this office, which still doesn’t want to advertise why it exists, and they don’t want to talk about crashed saucers and alien bodies. So why is this office important? The way Lue puts it, “This isn’t me telling you UFOs are real…it’s the government telling you UFOs are real.” That was the point of Elizondo’s book, and that’s a worthwhile start after all these years.

The rest of the UFO community is way past lights in the sky or even under the ocean. We’re past shock at seeing Navy jets chasing UAPs, generals or whistleblowers testifying at conferences that the government has a crash retrieval program, or that “aliens” can float through walls. I suspect “disclosure” has gone about as far as it realistically can. Deals with the devil have been made with high tech companies to harvest and develop technology recovered from the crashes. No one is going to pry that info away from our governments or the companies blessed with bazillion dollar contracts.

As far as the denizens of the UFOs, they’re the key to the mystery, but the reality is so dark and weird I won’t tell my neighbor the details. and I sure wouldn’t tell young children. Alien abductions are intimately connected to paranormal activity, demonization, and the occult. If it’s not your problem, you don’t need to know, and you don’t want to know.

Here are a few generalities: medical probes; prophecies of doom; women used for breeding; rape; physical harm, sometimes long term; deception and manipulation; healings; nasal implants; cloned bodies; virtual reality scenarios that are terrifying but aren’t real; military personnel; people waking in the morning with their night clothes on backwards; onset of psychic capability; children as young as 4 playing with “strange children” or reporting that someone was in their room at night; crucifixes turned upside down, punishment for resisters, etc., etc., etc. And I’m being restrained here.

Usually, whole generations of families are victims, although most of them had no part in opening the door to this interdimensional invasion. But once it’s in, family members are helpless to make it stop. Parents cannot protect themselves, let alone their children.

Jesus and Paul told us about the devil. He’s a “liar and the father of liars”; a “murderer”; he can “kill the soul”; he’s powerful, a “principality” over regions; he can transform into an “angel of light”; a shapeshifter; and we should fear him over what any human could do to us. Even believing Christians read those passages and pass them off as not my problem. Maybe we should. Sitting around all day fearing the devil’s next attack is not healthy and not what Jesus intended. But for those who are caught in the snare of what is going on today, keep reading.

Demons are real, interdimensional, sentient entities who are more than a cartoon concept. Here is a video of former Fox News host Tucker Carlson describing his contact with an NHI (Non-Human Entity):

If you’re interested in further information on the topic of demonic oppression or possession, here is a 3 hour description of what an official Catholic priest who is ordained as an exorcist goes through.

I can also recommend Karla Turner’s two books, Into the Fringe and Taken. My own blog post about Claudia King has a lot to offer on the topic.

Ted’s story shows clearly that spirit guides always present as helpful, but they come from the same brutal world that reptilian aliens come from.

The Light

In six previous parts, I’ve shared a lot about the life of Ted Rice, the famous abductee and main character in Dr. Turner’s book Masquerade of Angels. At the end of the book, Ted realized that a life of psychic readings and New Age practices opened him up to interdimensional forces that appeared to be helping him but were actually damaging his health. They seemed dangerous. He came to understand that spirit guides and “aliens” were part of the same deceptive program, and that none of it was for the benefit of humanity.

In the first regression that Ted had with Barbara Bartholic, he was taken back to his abduction at age 8 and was shocked to see an elaborate process in which he was killed with a green liquid. He saw his corpse on a table, his soul temporarily be put into a black box, and a new body provided for it. The scene upset him so much he screamed and jumped off Barbara’s couch. Barbara got him settled down again so they could discuss what he saw. As shared in previous posts, there would be more revelations to come in the future that would be just as horrifying, but these first regressions were an epiphany for Ted. A few days later, he wrote Barbara a letter.

“I’ve been praying constantly since I left your house last Sunday,” he wrote Barbara shortly after the regression. “These prayers have been the one thing that’s holding me together and helping me keep my sanity. I cannot for the life of me believe what I experienced in the regression was real. It has to be an illusion or my imagination. This is what I keep trying to tell myself. But deep within my being I know the truth. We have only to look at the cattle mutilations, the crop circles, all the actual photos and video tapes, the eyewitnesses and regressed abductees to know that this horror has entered into our physical dimension and is as real as we are.

“In my prayers,” Ted continued, “I have openly confessed to God that I have been molded, shaped and engineered to be the ‘Light Worker’ they wanted me to be. I have been in preparation for forty years to do just what I’ve been doing, which is fascinating and mystifying people with my remarkable psychic abilities. Through psychic readings, I have led people away from the Christ consciousness into a world of metaphysical beliefs and ufology. I overpowered people mentally and left them wide open to invite this invading nightmare into their lives. And I did it all in the illusion and deception that I was really and truly helping my fellow man grow spiritually wiser through my so-called gift.”

Ted’s outrage was evident, and so was his determination to fight against the perpetrators of such intrusions. “So now I’ve asked God,” he wrote, “to take this ability they have engineered within me and use it against them, to reveal their plans and secrets. May God give us the strength and power to overcome their evil. (208-209)

Ted realized that by showing victims the ability to reproduce bodies, aliens could claim the promise of eternal life. Think of the Genesis serpent telling Eve, “you shall not die, you’ll be like God.” They could use our human love for one another to manipulate us into worshiping them.

When I got to know Ted in 2023, there were several of us in a chat group. One group banned religious topics to focus on the world of abductions and the psychic abilities that often accompany it. The other was for discussion of religion, but especially Christianity. Ted had been away from church since childhood and didn’t own a Bible so I bought him one and he began to read it. His faith and commitment to Christ has been growing ever since. He starts each night with a prayer routine in which he makes sure he’s praying to the real Jesus and not the alien copycat. As the haunting events came farther apart, his health improved, but it became clear that a casual commitment to Christ wouldn’t keep the demons at bay. He wrote in a text that he was shown he had to “reboot his relationship with God.”

At some point, we let the former chat groups lapse. We formed a new one where 4 of us are avowed Christians. Two are abductees and one is involved in a church group that does deliverances. I am more of a theological watchdog and journaler.

Ted is still experiencing occasional spiritual warfare, especially when he is about to do a podcast. It’s clear that these entities are as real as any organized crime group. Telling abductees that they just don’t have the faith to banish all attacks only causes more harm and damage. Getting rid of the alien invasion is similar to a demonic exorcism. Rarely does one-and-done throwing out the name of Jesus work, but we must never just capitulate, and there is a path out of the abuse.

Knowing the word of God is a great place to start. One of the top Pentagon officials in Elizondo’s book told Lue that he needed to get a Bible and start reading it. Lue thought he was nuts, but maybe he’s right.

  • There needs to be an understanding of what opened the door to the generations of the family, and that needs to be dealt with, even if the door opener was an ancestor.
  • All perks, including ones that help people, offered by the NHIs need to be rejected.
  • The victim may have to change their life or their friends, give up a secret club, dispense with New Age artifacts, join a church, or give their life to God—not just in a shallow way, but in deep discipleship.
  • There were demons in the New Testament that even the apostles could not cast out. When they queried the Master, He explained that “some don’t come out except with prayer and fasting.” (Matt. 17:21)
  •  Ongoing counseling with a mentor and support group is also important.

There’s no reason to frighten half the population with this kind of knowledge. There is so much contradictory information available today that until you experience something, you don’t know what to believe about anything. In the deep fake and alien contact world, you can add deception so profound that even the experiencer sometimes can’t tell truth from falsehood. That’s why, although I’m not a fundamentalist anymore and I don’t read every passage in the Bible literally, I still stand by biblical principals as the safest passage through the weeds of this life. After all, Jesus told us that He is “the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” (John 14:6)
