God, Aliens, and Other Stuff

  Not all NDEs are warm and fuzzy Tamara Laroux related on CBN that as a young woman she was despondent due to a divorce, so she shot herself in the chest. She found herself in hell. She heard people there cry out to people on earth, don’t come here. Her misery and depression was greatly magnified there. Perhaps because she asked God to forgive her before she pulled the trigger, Tamara actually was given a second chance. The hand of God pulled her out of a place of burning torment and misery and pulled her over heaven, which was exquisitely beautiful. Then that same hand brought her back to her body.   Howard Pitman’s Near Death Experience, August 3, 1979 I first heard part of this story on www.theedgeam.com web radio station, but I found myself frustrated because the interviewer had to pass on many questions sent in by the listeners as Howard spoke. In my previous post, I shared the story in which Carol McElheney apparently got caught in an unpleasant time slip involving a town where she and other family members used to live. It happened in 2006 in Riverside, California. After I posted her story, she sent me an email describing a near death experience she had in 2008. Today there are several TV shows here in the US that deal with ghost hunting. . .Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, Ghost Stories, Celebrity Ghost Stories, Paranormal State, and an occasional documentary about a famous exorcism or haunted house. Charismatic, TV-friendly hunters bring in high tech equipment such as digital recorders to record ghostly voices called Electronic Voice Phenomenon ( EVP ). There are night vision TV cameras, computer monitors watching every room, walkie talkies, Electromagnetic Frequency monitors, and heat sensing equipment.
